Four essential qualifications of the missionary:-
Because – God is my creator - To surrender
- God is my owner - To sing
- God is my Father - To serve
- God is our Shepherd - To shout.
4:1 – let us fear
4:11 – let us be diligent
4:14 – hold fast our confession
4:16- come boldly to the throne
6:1- grow to maturity
10:22- draw near with a true heart
10:23- hold fast confess of hope
10:24- consider one another
12:1 – lay aside every sin… and run
12:28- have grace to serve
13:13- go forth to Him outside
13:15- offer the sacrifice of praise.

By nature unregenerate man’s mind is –
1.Mk 5:15 – not right mind – not controllable, wrong actions
2.Lk 12:29- doubtful mind – always concerned about daily needs
3.Rom1:28- debased mind (reprobate)- dirty, wicked, disobedience
4.Rom 8:7- carnal, at enmity with God – unspiritual, disobedient, arrogant
5.Rom 11:20-highminded- proud, puffed up, knowing all
6.II Cor. 3:14-hardened mind (blinded)- not listening, unbelieving, disobedient
II Cor. 4:4- blinded us be satan- not to believe, see the light
7.Phil 3:19- mind earthly things- worldly minded, concerned with this life only.
Mat 16:23- mind that be of men –Peter thinking humanly
8.Col 1:21 – alienated & enemies in mind –because of wicked works, thoughts against God.
9. I Tim 6:5 –of corrupt mind- being proud & not accepting the word.
10.Tit 1:15- defiled mind- impure mind, thinking unclean, improper thoughts.

2. spiritual mind- Rom 8:6

4. lowliness in mind- Phil 2:3
